Les Wilkinson is the Chief Operating Officer of Hashed Health, a leading venture studio focused on collaborative innovation in healthcare. In that role, he has led the development of:
- ProCredEx – networks for verified practitioner data.
- Bramble Health – provider network creation (sold to Turquoise Health 2024).
- SubPop Health – collective health care purchasing for employers (sold to MedeAnalytics, 2024).
- Venturous – fractional talent for health care.
- Platypus Health – Post-deployment algorithm monitoring for health systems.
In addition to his role in company creation, Mr. Wilkinson manages all strategic partnerships, operations, finance, and legal matters for Hashed Health. Prior to joining Hashed Health, Mr. Wilkinson was a Managing Director at Martin Ventures, a leading healthcare technology focused venture firm. As part of the founding team, he helped design and implement the firm’s investment structure and a shared service offering consisting of accounting, payroll, benefits, information technology, corporate services and real estate for the benefit of portfolio companies. He served as director and/or investment lead on several successful digital health and technology enabled services startups.
Prior to joining Martin Ventures, Mr. Wilkinson practiced law with the Nashville firm of H3GM from 1998-2008 where he represented healthcare clients with respect to start-up issues, venture capital financing, joint venturing, mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations.
He assisted for-profit businesses and tax-exempt organizations with a host of legal issues ranging from federal and state tax planning to transaction structuring and incentive compensation. He frequently advised for-profit and exempt organization boards on tax and governance issues.
