Mary Beth L. Jenkins is president and CEO of UPMC Health Plan; president, UPMC Insurance Services Division; and executive vice president of UPMC.

Jenkins has served in numerous ascending roles at UPMC Health Plan since 1998. Recognized nationally as an expert on service excellence and with a personal commitment to community service, she has served on the board of directors for several nonprofit organizations and privately held companies, including Slippery Rock University Health Care Administration & Management Board of Stakeholders, Carlow University, Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce, Lawrence County Tourist Promotion Agency, March of Dimes and Leadership Pittsburgh, Inc., Health Fidelity, Cavulus and Astrata. She also is a longtime volunteer for the United Way of Allegheny County.

Jenkins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University.
