Caroline Brown is a strategist, advisor, and founder of CB Strategy with nearly 20 years of experience across health care, education, and public affairs.

A former Chief Strategy Officer of a $10 billion academic health system, she is the creator of the ADD Value Strategy Model™ and coined the term Shared Value Partnerships™. Caroline collaborates with mission-driven organizations to navigate complexity, drive growth, and create lasting impact. She is also a co-founder of EVENTDOX, a concierge event medicine company and The Hearth, a collective of women who are ushering in the country’s next chapter by giving generously, leading boldly, and building community.

She lives in Charleston, South Carolina, with her family and finds joy in art, tennis, travel, time by the ocean, and giving back.
