Kay Fellows serves as vice president of enterprise accounts at Medtronic, where she leads the Strategic Accounts and Advisory Services teams dedicated to delivering customer-centered solutions that drive superior clinical and economic outcomes, with patients always at the center.

In her role, Kay partners closely with health systems and enterprise customers to co-create strategies that deliver mutual value, improve patient care, and advance health care innovation. With more than 24 years of MedTech experience, she brings deep expertise in building high-performing commercial organizations and fostering strategic partnerships across the neuroscience, surgical, and cardiovascular portfolios.

Kay joined Medtronic in 2002 and has held progressive leadership roles across IT, marketing, sales, commercial leadership, and strategy. Throughout her career, she has earned four President’s Club awards in recognition of her leadership and business results. Most recently, she served as vice president of cardiac rhythm management for the South-Central Region.

Passionate about mentoring and developing talent, Kay actively supports colleagues’ growth and serves as an executive sponsor and board member for several of Medtronic’s employee resource groups. Prior to joining Medtronic, she worked as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida, and an MBA from the University of North Florida.

A committed community leader, Kay has served as a Trustee of the Episcopal School of Jacksonville and, together with her family, remains actively involved in volunteer efforts throughout her community.
