Kip McCoy is the vice president of OSF Innovation Studio at OSF HealthCare. In this role, he and the team shepherd the concepts of their partners into impactful solutions at OSF HealthCare and beyond. This includes cultivating and advancing internal ideas and inventions, collaborating with academic and industry partners, and co-developing solutions with early-stage companies.

Kip joined OSF in 2016 as part of the Ministry Performance Improvement division, establishing a new rural health care model that brings together internal and external resources and stakeholders for new care coordination efforts.

Before coming to OSF, Kip served as the chief operating officer of a non-profit economic development organization. In that capacity, he played a key role in establishing the Central Illinois Angels, an angel investment group that has invested more than $20 million in 30+ companies.

He continues to support the angel group in a part-time capacity and is active in the Greater Peoria startup ecosystem. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from Bradley University.
